I am a Ph.D. student (2017-now) at the Department of Computer, Control and Management Engineering Antonio Ruberti at Sapienza University of Rome.
My Ph.D. is sponsored by Robert Bosch GmbH and I am working at Robert Bosch Campus, Renningen, Germany, in the department of Robot Navigation and Perception (CR/AER1) held by Dr. Alexander Kleiner and in collaboration with Dr. Kai Oliver Arras.
I am a member of the Lab Ro.Co.Co. under the supervision of Prof. Giorgio Grisetti.
My main topic is life-long resource-aware SLAM. I'm currently working on the behavioral aspect of SLAM developing a behavioral controller ruled by a state machine. The code base I am working on is the srrg_software.
