Aims : The 2015 Summer PhD Research Experience Programme is intended to provide opportunities to outstanding PhD and MSc students who are interested to pursue research and/or postgraduate study in Hong Kong to: i) visit the Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU) campus during Summer 2015 (July) and learn the cutting-edge research being undertaken in the Department of Computer Science; ii) understand the Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme (HKPFS) established by the Research Grants Council (RGC) and Research scholarships offered by the Department of Computer Science and HKBU iii) consider collaboration-exchange of PhD students in the area of computer vision, pattern recognition and machine learning.
